I decided to buy a few cookbooks today, so I went to the book store and spent a really long time looking in the cooking section. I made sure to avoid the Dessert section though, because I would probably fall in love with every single book with dreamy pictures of cakes and cupcakes.
This is one that I picked, and tonight I made potato soup from one of its recipes.
Today I also got in a fight with a protester. Booooooo. Not boo to protesting, just boo to that protester. He was mean and called me RUUUDE!
Yesterday night I got back in to Montreal, and today city greeted me with a day long blizzard.
I am getting sick. My throat tastes funny like it does before I get sick.
I don't remember if it was before I left Alberta for school in the fall or at Thanksgiving, but I took two rolls of film at the feedlot and somehow lost both of them. A couple weeks ago, I took a whole bunch of film in and one of the rolls was there! I still don't know where the second roll disappeared to, but I am happy to at least have one. That is where these two are from.
